Linda Gulinson
Growing up in Illinois, Linda learned to appreciate art through watching her grandmother's watercolors come alive. She now lives in Colorado with her husband and several Siberian Huskies. In 1994, Linda received the Pastel Society of America's most prestigious scholarship, a full year of study at the Art Students League of New York. Thereafter, Linda studied under an extensive list of America's finest artists.
Linda now paints primarily in oils and also pastels, seeking to reflect the feelings, emotion, and, where relevant, the interactions of people with animals. Linda has exhibited across North America and has been the recipient of a number of awards. She has collectors around the United States and Europe. When asked to describe her artwork, Linda says, "I am a painter of relationships, special moments in a life, of the commonality and preciousness of humankind." Often the clue is in the title.
